Advertlets Presents Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga’Hoole movie screening in 3D this 20th September 2010
Thanks to Warner Bros Pictures, we are happy to bring you another movie screening this month which is Legend of the Guardians : The Owls of Ga’Hoole. The best part is, you’ll be watching it in 3D!
Synopsis
Acclaimed filmmaker Zack Snyder makes his animation debut with the fantasy family adventure “Guardians of Ga’Hoole,” based on the beloved books by Kathryn Lasky. The film follows Soren, a young owl enthralled by his father’s epic stories of the Guardians of Ga’Hoole, a mythic band of winged warriors who had fought a great battle to save all of owlkind from the evil Pure Ones. While Soren dreams of someday joining his heroes, his older brother, Kludd, scoffs at the notion, and yearns to hunt, fly and steal his father’s favor from his younger sibling. But Kludd’s jealousy has terrible consequences causing both owlets to fall from their treetop home and right into the talons of the Pure Ones. Now it is up to Soren to make a daring escape with the help of other brave young owls. Together they soar across the sea and through the mist to find the Great Tree, home of the legendary Guardians of Ga’Hoole Soren’s only hope of defeating the Pure Ones and saving the owl kingdoms.

Advertlets Wet Day Out – My Water Moments with Sony TX-5
2 weeks back. It was a sunny Saturday morning. We, the Advertlets bloggers went to attend Sony’s event – My water Moments with Sony TX5 at Mali Cove, Sunway lagoon Surf Beach. Many of us turned up for the event. Almost more than 30 of us, looking forward to a fun and fruitful day out together with the rest of the bloggers.
Thanks to Sony, we did had a lot of fun playing with the water, getting involved in the games and taking pictures using the SONY TX5!

Advertlets Day Out in the All New Honda FREED
31st July, it was an awesome day for all of us where by we are the first in Malaysia to test drive in the All New Honda FREED with Paul Tan. Test drive themed as “4 Seater + IDEAS”. Thanks to Honda Malaysia, all of the 32 Advertlets bloggers are very exited about this event.

Advertlets Bloggers visits Chillex Cafe in Puchong!
It was Chillex Cafe grand opening with fellow Advertlets bloggers 2 months ago. Included rest of the invited guest to attend the launch. It was a fun night with all of the bloggers and of cause, F&B was served for us all for review as well. Not to forget the free flow beers. Thanks Chillex!
Though the place is quite far for people who’s staying around KL area, YES it’s located at Puchong! But Chillex is a place you definitely a place you don’t want to miss going to! Worth it going. As stated with their tag line “a place to chill and relax” Very true indeed. Don’t believe me?

Sausages fans rejoice! The sausages are not those normal sausages like what you buy in the hypermarket. it’s hand made! Served with chili con carne, diced bell peppers and mustard sauce.
I was quite amazed with their creation on this Burger. Well, i’ts a VERY huge burger. The beef patty was perfect! Not mushy, not dry nor watery, blends well with the cheese, onions, pickled cucumber, eggs, bacon, lettuce underneath it.
According to them, it’s gonna be on the house if you can finish it in within 20 minutes time.

Advertlets bloggers went to watch the World Cup 2010 Finals with Sony Fan Fiesta
As you’ll know, it was almost a week ago since Spain won the World Cup 2010 @ South Africa. NO more staying up late watching football. No more hearing the sound of the vuvuzela. Life goes on.Anyway, if you were following the World Cup this year, the name Paul The Octopus might have came up quite a bit. Interestingly enough, he has predicted all the World Cup matches quite accurately. How he did it?

I shall update the event which I attended to on that night itself to watch the finals between NED vs ESP. It was Fan Fiesta event by SONY Malaysia which was happened at One Utama Central Park Avenue.

The place was quite pack. Almost 7-8K fans turned up. In Fan Fiesta, You get to experience watching Football in 3D and also a giant screen direct broadcast live viewing from South Africa in HD! Lots of games installed for us, quiz, Sony-Maybank 2 on 2 futsal Challenge, Sony PS3 Challenge, artist performance by Hannah Tan and Akedemi Fantasia entertainers and more. We got special privilege thoughout the whole night.

For your information, the event was opened to the public. The registration counter is filled up with lots of people. All lining up to go in.
It’s something rare we get to watch TV in 3D. Especially Football matches. Well, Sony was there to give a chance to all public to experience it themselves.
