Advertlets Presents: “Zombieland” Movie Tickets!
The end of the year should never be boring! And in December, zombie movie fans rejoice! Advertlets is bringing you yet another one of the most anticipated movies of the year, Zombieland! A different flavour from the past few screenings we had, this action/thriller cum comedy movie should be an interesting watch. Described by movie review site Rottentomatoes as “Wickedly funny and featuring plenty of gore”, it currently rates a stunning 89% from top film critics. A definite must see!
A synopsis:
Columbus (Jesse Eisenberg) has made a habit of running from what scares him. Tallahassee (Woody Harrelson) doesn’t have fears. If he did, he’d kick their ever-living ass. In a world overrun by zombies, these two are perfectly evolved survivors. But now they’re about to stare down the most terrifying prospect of all: each other.

Invites! Hennessy Artistry Press Conference @ Quattro Club, Avenue K
As you may already know, Hennessy Artistry is back and this time there’s a spectacular line-up featuring Boys Like Girls, Lenka, Paul Freeman and Hsiao Hung Jen. Hennessy Artistry is having a press conference on the 1st of October 2009 at Quattro Club to introduce the artistes and we would like to invite Advertlets Bloggers to attend and join in the fun. Yes, you get to meet them up close and personal!
Invites for the event will also be given out exclusively to those who attend the press conference. We have a total of 25 invites (with 10 already reserved for our Advertlets Titan members). As invites are very limited, bloggers will be shortlisted based on your reason on why you’ll like to attend, the content of their blogs, previous event coverage posts, and traffic. Thanks to Cinema Online, Advertlets has been given tickets for a select few bloggers to watch “Gamer” – a near-future action/thriller starring Gerard Butler as Kable as the champion of an online game called “Slayers”.

Blog 411: A Blogger Sharing Session
Hear from Bloggers such as Amanda Choe, Ellie Chee, Niki Cheong, Josh Lim and more on diverse topics. Including: How to blog more humourously, the drama and emotions of blogging, secrets of the Malaysian blogosphere, how blogging relates to journalism and more. Get to know what makes some of your favourite bloggers tick, and ask the questions you always wanted to know.
It will then be followed up by a exciting elimination-style quiz session for a lot of participants, as well as a live blogging contest. Fantastic prizes are up for grabs, including Acer Laptops & Netbooks & more!

The recent ‘Angels & Demons’ movie screening on the 12th of May (two days before the premiere!) was a blast!
