Advertlets launches Ad Campaign for Exabytes!
We were approached by Exabytes to do a campaign not long ago, and the results of which launched yesterday. We are proud to support a forward thinking client like Exabytes, as they are active in online advertising and promotions. The client, who previously tried a campaign across a huge network of blogs on a different platform, requested our capability to not just serve ads across multiple blogs, but also to target the advertisements to be displayed to only Malaysian visitors. In addition, we provided demographics data for the client to choose which blogs to advertise on. Since the campaign was targeted at bloggers, we chose to advertise on sites that were frequented mainly by other bloggers. Our demographics data for the blogs included Gender, Age Range, Profession and Whether Blogger Or Not.
We’re proud to say that this feature of geolocation (show to Malaysian visitors only) that we have spent a lot of time developing is unavailable to our direct competition, and will give us a valuable edge in serving more relevant ads in future. Visual-wise, we kept your blog templates in mind, you will also notice that different ads display for the male and female bloggers, where the aestethics of the ads shown on the female bloggers are more feminine in comparision. In short, we have pink (yay!) banners for the girls, and blue banners for the guys!
