About the Blogger
I’m Amanda Choe, born and raised in KL. Numerically, I’m on the verge of adulthood, and though I may come off as much older than I seem most of the time, I do enjoy letting lose and acting like a kid on occasion. But hey, what should someone have to say about themselves? It’s not who you are, but what you do that defines you.

I would like to think that there’s more than meets the eye when it comes to me. Contrary to popular belief, I am a total geek. I love Star Wars with a passion, was once a champion Scrabble player for the school in the state of Selangor, and the captain of my high school’s netball team. And I’m an avid Manchester United fan.

What I Do
I’m currently in my first year at Monash University, Malaysia. I’m putting my estrogen into overdrive by multitasking between completing my business degree, making a career for myself by part-time modeling and now I’m proudly on the Adverlets team, doing what I do best- meeting new and interesting people, and blogging about it!

About the Blog
Most of my entries revolve around how I spend my weekends-be It at parties, events, watching movie, supporting my friends at performances or just winding down after a hectic week in front of the telly with a bottle of wine. Many would say I’m a social butterfly or a party girl, but that’s only because what you see on my blog mainly focuses on where I go, who I meet and what I see.

There’s more to The Opposite Of Chocolate, I assure you. All you gotta do is keep reading. Finally, having studied Art in high school, I strongly believe that color is what brings the world to life. I love color. That’s why you’ll find my blog emphasized/exaggerated with an explosion of the palette.
