Approach & Results
In order to help MindValley reach their intended target audience, we hand picked blogs most likely to be visited by those who match the recruitment requirements. We used blog demographics as well as content to determine which were the best blogs to advertise on. And after that, we set the ad to display to only Malaysian visitors. Thanks to the targeted approach, we get high click through rates from each blog -
0.75 - 5.1%, which is very high considering the global average is about 0.4%. The campaign is currently ongoing, and a more detailed case study will be written after the campaign ends.
MindValley in their own words
MindValley began with two friends, Vishen Lakhiani in New York and Mike Reining in San Francisco grew tired of dreaming up ideas for the companies they worked for, and instead decided to execute ideas of their own.
Some ideas failed, some worked, but within one month MindValley was profitable, and grew, and grew, and grew… From working in our pajamas with an initial investment of $500 bucks we built a million-dollar company in 2 years (without any venture capital, business plans or loans).
Today, we work only on projects we love, get more business than we can handle, and absolutely love coming to work each morning! Vishen (who was born and raised in Malaysia) has since brought the business back to KL Sentral, along with the best brains from abroad.
